Founded in 1992 by Susan Choice, CPM®, CCIM, First Choice is an Accredited Management Organization® (AMO®). Our primary emphasis is on expertly managing multi-family housing communities located in a variety of markets, submarkets, large metropolitan areas, and multiple states. First Choice has extensive experience managing a full spectrum of real estate investments ranging from older, distressed assets demanding extensive rehabilitation programs to new construction developments requiring initial planning, land acquisition, construction coordination, specialized marketing and lease-up. As a Texas corporation based in San Antonio, First Choice Management Group, Inc. has satellite offices in Austin, Houston, and Charlotte, North Carolina. Managing 53 properties with almost 12000 units and over 200 employees, First Choice has been recognized as a Fast Track company each year since 1996 by the San Antonio Business Journal.
