By using, by the use of, and/or by continuing to use this Site (www.aptshopper.com) and Guides, you the reader/user/shopper/advertiser; acknowledge, understand, and warrant you have had ample notice to read and acknowledge our policies, terms, and conditions. “All rental properties, apartment communities, real estate, advertisers featured or/and advertised herein are subject to the Federal Fair Housing Act, which makes it illegal to advertise "any preference, limitation, or discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin, or intention to make such preference, limitation or discrimination."
We will not knowingly permit or accept any advertising for rental property that violates the law. All users are hereby informed that all advertised dwellings/rentals and lease to own, are available on an equal opportunity basis.
Complaints alleging housing discrimination may be filed with the nearest office of the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), or by calling HUD's toll free number, 1-800-699-9777 (voice), or 1-800-543-8294 (TDD). HUD may also be contacted on the Internet at www.hud.gov/fhe/fheo.html.
Advertisers shall provide housing according to the fair housing laws. All advertisers, representatives, owners and management are required by the publisher; Kile' Publishing, Inc. to offer housing based on an equal opportunity basis. It is up to the reader; apartment shopper to verify all information with each apartment community.
This disclaimer applies to all published materials by Kile' Publishing, Inc. such as; The Shreveport Bossier Apartment Shoppers Guide; The Dallas Housing Authority's Renters Guide; and any on-line versions of these publications. It also includes, but not limited to any images, copy, advertising, any materials, or representations in part or in whole. Reader is therefore notified to verify all information with all advertisers, as errors may happen. Advertisers are notified that they shall provide the most up-dated information and provide to the publisher on a timely basis. The publisher is not responsible for incorrect information, copy changes that have missed the deadline, copy has not been change, any materials or copy that is published due to ownership and management changes including, yet not limited to policies, pricing, photos, copy, and/or another materials or information implied therein. This includes any/all job listings of any kind. Please be notified that job listings may not be available even if a listing is featured. The employers have the right to feature job listings continually whether available or not. These employers may require a minimum requirement of education and/or job experience. If user does not have these qualifications he or she should not inquire or apply for any positions listed.
Advertiser understands any images produced by Kile' Publishing, Inc. is copyrighted and can not be copied or reproduced. Advertiser also understands only publisher photos can be featured on www.apshopper.com. If advertiser supplies photos, publisher can not warrant the quality of the photo (image) being featured and publisher has the right to refuse featuring outside photo/images supplied by advertiser or an advertiser's agent. Advertiser also understands that the publisher can not rank Internet ad & Media Tour photos in an order for the advertiser. If advertiser customer requests ranking of photos on their Internet ad, it will be custom work and advertiser will be billed for custom photo ranking. Advertiser understands that publisher ranks, designs all Media Tours at the reduced rate. Special request for Media Tours are custom Media Tours and will be at the regular Media Tour production set up rate. This is necessary as the above situations are produced by outside sources. Advertiser Ownership Changes:
Upon any advertiser changing ownership and/or management, all documents, advertising agreements, contracts, insertion orders, copy change forms, policies of the publisher transfer with an advertiser ownership and/or management change. Therefore, all advertisers are notified, upon ownership change and/or management change, it is the advertiser's responsibility to notify the publisher and new owner(s) of these policies. Nevertheless, whether the new owner has been notified, the new owner/management of the advertiser will be billed as per the advertisers regular billing rates and may cancel in writing upon the expiration of the agreement signed by the advertiser. The publisher will work diligently to make this transition smooth; however, transfer of ownership and management does not void the previously signed advertising agreements and/or advertisers that are on contract.
Kile' Publishing, Inc., The Apartment Shoppers Guide and any online services, are not responsible for any on-line down time, interruption of service, deletion of; any materials, copy, photos, floor plans, media tours packages; whatsoever, however, will immediately address the situation and make all reasonable attempts to investigate, restore to service, activate any on-line services whether it is complementary, paid advertising, or paid services. No advertising or production credits will be given. This includes additional issues, such as, problems with; programming, viruses, programming errors-misprints-typos-incorrect copy/images/logos, search engine problems, hosting services, change of domain names change URL's of publisher or any advertiser, and/or any other unforeseen reason for any of this material misprinted, published incorrectly or to be de-activated, deleted, and/or to be temporary down. It is our goal to immediately address all programming issues and we will immediately address the situation (s). Thank you for your understanding.
Approved web site URLs :
Only approved URL's are to be published by Kile' Publishing, Inc. These consist of the following; current apartment community advertisers, their management companies, owners of real estate. We also publish; mini warehouse facilities, furniture rental/sales, some hotels, utility companies, community service organizations.
Unapproved web site URL’s:
NO web sites will be featured or published as follows: No advertiser will represent an on-line web site (URL) as their own personal web site in order to have this site featured on www.aptshopper.com and/or published in The Apartment Shoppers Guide. Any knowingly advertiser that submits an outside web site that is to be published or featured on www.aptshopper.com, are subject to a $299 a month additional advertising fee to feature this web site(s).
This includes the following; any major or minor competitor or The Apartment Shoppers Guide or www.aptshopper.com. Examples are; major daily newspapers, yellow pages, apartment guides/directories published magazines or on line services, any apartment locator of any kind and/or an on-line version of the services. Any on-line apartment finder, guide or apartment locator other than www.aptshopper.com. This also includes any web site an advertisers calls "their site" because their business, and/or apartment community is featured on that site.
Publisher right to refuse advertising:
Publisher has the right to refuse any published materials and all advertisers, readers, and apartment shoppers understand, agree and therefore, are notified, that these materials will be immediately deactivated or deleted from www.aptshopper.com and The Apartment Shoppers Guide, without notice to any advertiser, any individual, authorized or unauthorized representative, reader, owner, management company, agent, advertising agency, graphics or public relations companies, and/or any establishment, business or organization of any kind.

starting rates, square footages, floor plans, amenities, special community features, advertising copy, images, logos, job listings, management, ownerships, agents, representatives are subject to change at anytime without notice and is not warranted be accurate by the publisher, The Apartment Shoppers Guide or/and www.aptshopper.com. Please be notified; omissions, misprints, and errors may occur. Therefore, the apartment shopper (reader) is responsible to verify all information with each advertiser and/or the apartment community and its representatives; management companies and leasing personnel by contacting the individual communities for the accuracy of this material and its content and/or any changes, misprints, omissions, that may occur in each publication or this web site.
